What is RSS?

You can use RSS to take control of what information is sent to you.  RSS, which stands for Really Simple Syndication, reverses the flow of information from this website.  Instead of us emailing you when new content is added to the site, you have an RSS reader which checks this site and displays a summary of any new content.  This means:

* easy for you to see new information that might be of interest
* no need to give out your email address, sorry spammers
* easy to stop see update, no need to unsubscribe, just turn off the feed
* To start using RSS, first download a reader:

For Mac : http://www.newsfirerss.com/
For PC: http://www.sharpreader.net

Or use your favorite search engine and look for “rss reader”

When you have the hang of it, click on the RSS 2.0 link in the sidebar and copy the URL at the top of the page into your RSS Reader, and that’s it.  Every time we add content, you see a summary in your reader and can choose to view our page or not.
